How we verify shops

A person reviews every shop before the badge goes on.

Verified records only mean something if the shops behind them are real. When you sign up, you tell us about your business, its location, and your credentials, such as WOSTEP or AWCI certification or brand service accounts. We check them by hand before your records show as verified.

Caseback records service history. It doesn't certify watches as genuine, and verifying a record doesn't ask you to. Read how verification works.

Help us build the shop portal.

We're starting with a small group of shops in one region and talking to watchmakers before we build each part of the portal. If you'd like to be one of them, tell us a little about your shop.
